New eSim Swap capability is launching

This API update introduces the ability for partners to use a new Order type for eSim Swap, swap_subscription_sim, for a specific subscription ID. This addresses customer requests where an eSIM is lost, or a user changes their phone, allowing for easy replacement via a new eSIM. This order triggers the issuance of a new eSIM profile, seamlessly transferring the existing product and phone number, and notifies partners upon completion with the new ICCID ready for installation.
