Product Offerings

Product offerings align with TM Forum standards and are categorized into two primary types: Plans and Add-ons.

Plans: These are core offerings that include foundational elements such as phone numbers, network configurations, and other essential service features, serving as the primary subscription for the customer.

Add-ons: These are optional, value-added services that extend the functionality of a plan. They are dependent on an active plan and provide additional features or capabilities tailored to customer needs, such as extra data, international calling, or premium services.
